Lewis and Clark's Missouri is a great exhibit that will let you explore the life and experiences of Native Americans. Journal records, real artifacts, examples of what they packed, traded, and discovered are some of the objects that will be displayed from two of their expeditions. This interesting exhibition will be in Branson for only two years and includes hands-on activities for young visitors.

Festival of American Music & Crafts

The Festival of American Music & Crafts is an excellent event for the family where the glory days of the great American cowboy are celebrated. Some of the new shows featured this year will be: the live musical "Headin' West," which presents the pioneer spirit of the courageous cowboys who tamed the West, cowboy music icon Michael Martin Murphey, who will perform in a special concert, the 2nd Annual Best of American Boot Makers competition, and hundreds of musicians playing country, gospel and bluegrass. This event will be filled with lots of fun, activities and more than 135 visiting craftsmen demonstrating America's heritage crafts.
